Jefferson Hills Borough is in the process of updating its comprehensive plan. What's a "comp plan"? It's a guiding document that outlines the vision for the Borough's future for the next decade, a chance for residents to contribute to a consensus policy framework that will help Council make decisions about priorities, regulations and projects.
